(trading as GENERA LABS), located at Brunel Court, 122 Fore Street, Saltash, PL12 6JW, United Kingdom (“GENERA LABS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our browser-based application GENERA STUDIO ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. DEFINITIONS

• “Platform”: Refers to the GENERA STUDIO software and associated services provided by GENERA LABS.
• “User” or “You”: Any individual or entity that creates an account, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• “Content”: Any materials, data, assets, designs, 3D models, images, videos, files, or information created, uploaded, exported, or otherwise made available through the Platform.
• “GENERA LABS Assets”: Templates, tools, and proprietary materials provided by GENERA LABS for content creation on the Platform.
• “User Content”: Any original work created by you using the Platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you affirm that you meet the applicable age requirements.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for all use of your account.
